Happiness Booklet

Happiness Booklet Cover Page.png

Our magnum opus on happiness and mental health and also what we teach on through our mental health and happiness program, except we teach these lessons through play and interactive games, so kids get to experience the lessons.

It covers the physiology and metaphysiology of happiness, screen addiction, life skills and the 10 habits for sustainable happiness. It is made to be concise, at only 23 pages in length and very print friendly, because we print it in locations that don't have high tech printing facilities. It goes out to all of our Primally Playful Fun-Raising Mental Health Teachers.

Still a work in progress.

It is not ready for mass distribution on a big scale. You will notice that it is missing a bibliography. If you are interested in any of the sources, please let us know and we can help.

Our Primally Playful Games Bank

Our compendium of all the games we've collected over the years from free resources. If you'd like to support us so we can continue to provide these free resources, we're always appreciative of any support you can give. You'll be supporting our work teaching mental health and happiness to youth in orphanages and schools in developing countries and the US.

You learn more about someone in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.

Prototype Games Menu
(work in progress, get involved!)

This is a menu of primally playful games that we've curated and organized by size of group (games for 2 people, groups of 3-6ish and 7 to 15ish...)

By primally playful, we mean games that encourage in-person human interaction, fun, and laughter, unmediated by a screen. Most of the games can be played sitting around the dinner table or in a circle.

Conversation is only one way to communicate, and it is the most overused, which is unfortunate because other forms of communication are far more dynamic and fun. Play & laughter are universal languages that these games get us in touch with.
